MiSTer SDRAM v3 128MB (Alliance Memory)

Official v3 128MB SDRAMs module for MiSTer FPGA and MiSTer Pi built with Alliance Memory, manufacturer of legacy memory SRAM, DRAM, and Flash ICs.

Passing at 140-150MHz, and both 48MHz & 96MHz. All PCB are produced with impedance control and aerospace / military quality control. All modules are previously tested with Jotego 48 / 96 MHz and official memtest before shipping.

Compatible with all MiSTer cores including JT Cors, NeoGeo , CPS2 and SEGA Saturn (FMV and in-game music).
