Developer Atrac17 has released an arcade core for the MiSTer FPGA, Toaplan’s Whoopee!! / Pipi & Bibi’s. This game plays in a similar fashion to Elevator Action and has some questionable humour. Originally the game was released for Toaplan 2 hardware.
